Stripe Connector

Our Stripe Connector is a payment gateway for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dataverse and Stripe.

We support one-off or recurring payments with a credit card or bank account storing all financial information only in your own Stripe account. We provide you with a link that you email to the customer for them to enter their financial details and perhaps the initial payment. The payment method is stored in Stripe so you can later process regular payments or make refunds. We use the email address as the unique identifier to connect the two systems together.

The Stripe Connector works both with Dynamics 365 and PowerApps Dataverse and has the following functinality:

  • Creation of a setup link allowing customers to enter credit card or bank details for future recurring payments using just a web browser.
  • Creation of a payment link to take a one off payment and optionally setup the payment method for future payments.
  • Ability to schedule a payment transaction against a payment method in Stripe.
  • Ability to make a refund against a Stripe payment.
  • Billing functionality to automatically create recurring payment transactions for monthly billing.
  • Connect also to Sage 50, Xero, Sage 200 or QuickBooks Online with an additonal connnector.

Pricing

We charge £950 annual subscription to integrate with one Stripe account for all supported payment methods - currently credit card and bank account payments with SEPA or BACS. Stripe charge a little extra for multiple currencies so you might like to add a second Stripe instance for an additional £950 annual subscription to minimise these costs.

Implementation

See the installation video below for full details. Typically you will import our solution into Dynamics 365 or Dataverse which also gives you access to our billing functionality and our transaction table to schedule payments. Payment setup links are generated in the Account and Contact entities for emailing to customers or are easy to create on your own web pages.



Pricing

The Connector comes in three flavours for Dynamics, SQL and for Stripe each priced independently. All support Xero, Sage 50C, Sage 200 and QuickBooks Online. The Dynamics Connector also supports Dataverse. Monthly subscription is available at a tenth of the annual price (two months free with annual subscription).
