Sage Reporting
Sage 50 Reporting from redware research limited is a simple program that outputs all your invoices from Sage 50 as Adobe PDF files ready for printing and emailing or uploading to a website. This invoicing process is integral to our billing solutions and is supplied here as a low cost utility that may serve your needs.
Sage 50 Invoicing uses the reporting engine built into Sage 50 and runs best on a machine that already has Sage 50 installed. The program takes data directly out of the Sage database and does not consume a Sage license. The exact same report that you use in your Sage program is used to create the Adobe PDF file so the invoices you distribute with this program are identical to those you produce with Sage.
All invoices are output to a particular folder and can be prefixed with the account reference so they are easily identified. In addition the creation date of the file is modified to match the invoice date so that invoices can easily be located using the Windows file explorer.
The inclusion of the account reference in the filename makes it easy to integrate these invoices with your own customer portal website. We also supply software to upload all your invoice data quickly and easily into Microsoft CRM.
