There are many changes to the licensing model from Microsoft currently so please note that Team Licenses and Power App and other users that can access customer, product, and invoice data from CRM are counted for licensing purposes.

Small Print

  • Please note that we count the total number of users regardless of whether they are also accounting systems users although we do exclude the administration user and any non-inteactive users.
  • You will need to budget for additional user licenses as you add users to your CRM system.
  • Team Licenses and PowerApps and other users licensed from Microsoft that can access the CRM data or Common Data Service are counted for licensing purposes.
  • If you find a better value solution then please get in touch as we aim to better any pricing you may have from alternative software vendors.
  • All subscriptions includes an software maintenance which gives you access to updates for any bug fixes and software upgrades.
  • We support all versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM both online and on-premise.
  • We often add functionality to our software commissioned by our users and this is typically added into the product and available for free when you upgrade.
  • Your reseller typically provides first line support and we provide email and third line support as part of the subscription.
  • First line support is available as an option.
  • If you have problems that cannot be resolved easily we can support you directly but we may need access to your CRM and occasionally access to accounts (or a backup).
  • We are open to capping the number of users if you have a large installation and plan to add many more users in the next months. Please contact us or your reseller for special pricing.
